Online therapy works just like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own home. We’ll meet through a secure video platform where we can talk face-to-face in real time. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.

You can book an appointment directly through the website, via Calendly, or by reaching out to Paloma via phone, text or email. Once you’re scheduled, Paloma will contact you via phone for further instructions.
5. What can I expect from the first free consultation call?
During the free consultation, we’ll have a conversation about your needs, goals, and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy. I’ll explain the services I offer and what working with me would be like, so you can decide if I’m the right fit for you. This is a completely obligation-free session — you don’t have to commit to therapy afterward. It’s simply a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good match.
6. How often should I attend therapy?
Therapy sessions are weekly to build a strong foundation for progress. As you continue to grow and heal, we will determine based on your needs and progress if adjusting the session frequency is appropriate.
7. What technology do I need?
All you need is a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a reliable internet connection.
8. Do you accept insurance or how does payment work?
At this time, we do not bill through insurance, private pay only. Payments can be made through: ATH Móvil, Venmo or Zelle.
9. How much do your sessions cost?
Individual therapy is $95 per session. However, the most cost-effective way to schedule sessions is through our subscription packages, which offer savings compared to booking single sessions.
4-Session Package: $360 total (regularly $380), saving $20 in total.
8-Session Package: $700 total (regularly $760), saving $60 in total.
10. What is the cost of couple’s therapy?
Couples therapy is $135 per session. Couples should expect to invest in at least 12 sessions in order to experience results and meaningful breakthroughs in their relationship. The subscription package for couple’s therapy goes as follows:
